Morals

Ok, I know this has nothing to do with art, but I wanted to share some thoughts with you :)

Aboriginals, some people think that the lost generation was a good thing, but I don't understand how. The aboriginals lived peacefully, they had doctors and such, levels of society, laws, and there was hardly any murdering or theft because they could all easily make what they needed. They didn't kill more animals for food then what they needed, same goes for plants. They had entertainment, they had education, and they had their own languages. They had their own religion, and they respected their elders very much. Stories were passed down from generation to generation. Their culture seemed perfect.

But the lost generation was to make each aboriginal generation more white, to kill off their culture. These aboriginal children were brought from a basically peaceful culture to one with murders, theft, crime, and more technology = more ways to kill.

Some people think that technology is a good thing, but I think that the more technology advances, the more horrible people get. We have more conveniences, easier and faster ways to travel, but people get more impatient and lazy, resulting in car crashes, deaths, fights, arguments etc. Most or even all the technological things that help us will also harm us, most often kill us. We've become a crime filled society, and we're trying to fix this and create peace with even more advanced technology.

Some countries say that they are improving their weaponry, their bombs and such to keep peace in the world. Basically, killing the people that create trouble / war. But, how do you know that they (the peace keeping countries) aren't plotting war? Or using this as an excuse to conquer more lands, and take the wealth from other lands to improve their own?

I find this so damn stupid. People are forgetting that the inhabitants of other countries are also human beings, with feelings. They feel fear when they know that they're going to get killed. They feel pain and deeper sorrow then you can imagine when they lose one they love, especially if they know that they were tortured before they were killed. It's unbelievable to think that people, even in our supposedly "civilized" society can still hate other races, and wish for them to be killed off, because they believe their own culture to be greater. People should be treated equally, more people should help stand up for those on the lower ranks of human society.
